Information we collect

• Account details you provide (name, email, password hash)
• Billing-related data from Gumroad (buyer email, sale/subscription identifiers)
• Product usage (searches run, plan limits, basic journey events)
• Technical data needed to run the service (session cookies, IP in server logs)

How we use information

• Provide the lead finder, accounts, and plan entitlements
• Send verification, login, and purchase-access emails
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and measure conversion funnels
• Respond to support requests at hello@reachfast.io

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Gumroad. We do not store your full card details. Gumroad’s own privacy terms apply to checkout.

Third-party services

We use providers such as email delivery (Gmail SMTP), maps/search data APIs, and Gumroad for billing. Those services process data only as needed to run ReachFast.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a local theme preference in your browser. We do not sell personal information.
